"I have just completed my Reiki level 2 with Jo (did Reiki 1 with Jo as well) and have been blessed to have her as a teacher. Her ability to make the lessons easy to understand, filled with loads of knowledge and the way she delivers the content gives you a clear understanding, providing a comfortable platform to move forward. Jo uses different techniques to relay the information (practical exercises, manuals, hands on healing, guided meditations and more). Any questions can be asked and will be clarified, so whatever you take away resonates and you feel comfortable with. Workshops are taught only two at a time so you get a lot of attention and gain from working with a partner and also feeling you are cared for. The teaching is intimate. "I have completed Reiki One and Reiki Two, Usui System of Natural Healing with Jo at Soul Sanctuary. I can honestly say that this has been the most amazing experience. I knew very little about Reiki and found the history and sacredness of it fascinating. It was special that I got to do the training with a friend and there were many light hearted moments throughout the day. Once we learnt the hand positions we were able to practice self-healing and then give healing to each other. Jo is an excellent, experienced teacher and has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Reiki. She has been so encouraging and supportive and has shown us how to incorporate Reiki into our daily lives.
